Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel
To cancel your web hosting service, you must submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team via email or phone. Please provide your account information and the reason for cancellation.

Timing of Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will process it within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Termination of Services
Your web hosting services will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your services until the termination date.
If you request immediate termination, your services will be terminated within 24 hours of processing your cancellation request.

Refund Policy
If you are within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund as per our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing cycle if you cancel after the first 30 days.

Data Backup
It is your responsibility to back up all your data before requesting cancellation. Upon termination of services, all your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Non-Refundable Services
Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-on services are non-refundable, even if you cancel your hosting service.

Account Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your account after cancellation, you may be required to pay a reactivation fee. Reactivation of services is subject to availability and our sole discretion.
