Account Setup

Service Provisioning
Hosting services, including server space, bandwidth, and other resources, will be provisioned as per the hosting plan selected during the order process.
Any additional services or add-ons purchased will be activated within the same 24-hour period.
Domain Registration
If you register a domain through our service, the registration will be processed immediately after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with details of your domain registration.
Domain propagation may take up to 48 hours to be fully active.
SSL Certificates
SSL certificates purchased through our platform will be issued and installed on your account within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once the SSL certificate is active.
Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted service with a guaranteed uptime of 99.9%. In case of scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages, we will notify you in advance via email or through our service status page.

Account Modifications
If you need to upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan, you can do so at any time through your account dashboard. Changes will be effective immediately upon payment confirmation.
Any additional resources or services required can be added to your account and will be provisioned within 24 hours.
