30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new web hosting plans. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial sign-up date. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
Non-Refundable Services
Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-on services are non-refundable.
Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your service, you must submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Upon cancellation, your service will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing cycle.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during sign-up.
If your account is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be issued.
Service Downtime
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, no refunds will be issued for temporary service outages or interruptions.
